About Us
Truth Mentorship Society (TMS) is a dynamic platform dedicated to supporting effective mentoring programs for young people. It is a structured initiative designed to provide enriching and transformative experiences through meaningful, reciprocal relationships.
TMS fosters both personal and professional growth by creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, skills development, and talent cultivation. The program offers a series of intentional developmental experiences for carefully matched mentor–mentee pairs, as well as group-based engagements.
At its core, TMS is committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Through strong mentoring relationships, mentors play a vital role in coaching, guiding, and sharing their experiences, insights, and expertise. These interactions are designed to inspire growth, build confidence, and equip mentees with the tools they need to succeed in their personal and professional journeys.
The Journey
Our History
THE TRUTH MENTORSHIP SOCIETY (TMS) is a registered entity under the Society Act in Kenya. It is a faith based organization that was founded in 2015 under the leadership of Anthony Kahura Mwangi, aka Pastor T Mwangi, a renowned Gospel artist and media personality in Kenya. In his many high school and institutions of higher learning outreaches, he conceived the desire to start a mentorship program for the youth in Kenya. There was a gap among the youth due to societal dynamic change, and, the cry among the youth to be mentored was immense, which led to the conception of society. It started as a small forum of 15 people on February 12 at Nasico Chambers and later grew to be a big society mentoring thousands of youths in Kenya.

TMS was born out of outreach in schools and universities, where the need for youth mentorship became clear.

The organization was established to bridge the growing gap among youth and meet the rising need for mentorship.

Our Reach
Target Audience
The society’s demographic is between the ages of 15 and 35, and the society uses a sustainable program of mentors and mentees where mentors adopt a mentee and equip them to be mentors too. A generation reaching its own generation. The society also works hand in hand with cooperators, donors,the government,and institutions through strategic partnerships in the implementation of its projects. In a nation where 70% of the population is considered to be youth, this program adds a lot of value since it seeks to impact the youth socially, spiritually, and psychologically

Truth Mentorship is structured into five key arms that advance our mission of raising purpose-driven individuals. Through these pillars, we deliver holistic mentorship, spiritual growth, and sustainable impact equipping people to thrive and lead with purpose.
Spiritual
The Spiritual Arm fosters spiritual growth through teaching, prayer, and discipleship building a strong foundation for a deeper relationship with God and transformed living.
Charity
This arm demonstrates compassion through service, outreach, and support for vulnerable groups bringing hope and practical care to those in need.
Sustainability
The Truth Mentorship Society Sustainability Arm is dedicated to making sure that our vision continues to have an impact and grows beyond its current status through all the necessary processes of sustenance and development.
Outreach
The Spiritual Arm nurtures spiritual growth and discipleship through teachings, prayer, and faith-based engagements building a strong foundation for a deeper relationship with God and transformed living.
Training & Mentorship
This arm builds sustainable systems, partnerships, and support structures empowering individuals and communities for long-term growth and self-reliance.
